Start Up Glich!

Hi Everyone, I have this strange thing happening at the
very end of bootup after most of my programs have loaded
and it's got me baffled. The box that says "Please Wait"
that pops up when you change your theme has started to
pop up and then the screen's picture goes to gray just as
if I were changing the theme and then comes back to full
color, I have no idea why it is doing this. I don't click
on properties before it happens or anything else for that
matter it just does it by it's self. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to stop this bizarre behavior? I know
I don't have any virus, spyware or adware. I have checked
for all of these. I have a router and I use Spybot S&D,
Spyware Blaster, Ad Aware,Norton's Antivirus and Zone
Alarm Pro. If it is a virus or worm or ect it sure is one
sneaky little devil!!! Any way Thanks in advance for any

If the theme is installed in Windows\Resources\Themes it will load
automatically on startup before the destop launches. I believe if it is
located elsewhere it will do what you see as though it is being loaded
the first time, every boot.

This particular theme happens to be in the "Resource"

folder you mentioned but it doesn't matter what theme I'm
using it still happens. I've had this computer for over
a year now and this has never happened before so I don't
think the themes I use has anything to do with it. Any
other suggestions?

If you have made any changes via Accessibility, revert them.
