START UP ERROR!! PLEASE HELP????

When i start my pc which is XP Home edition, it opens up to my desktop and
then reboots again, and keeps on doing the same thing over and over again.

I think,it has something to do with me installing a new version of Nvidia
driver.

Can you please help as i dont have a PC to work with at the moment ????

At restart,before the xp screen,tap the F8 key,then select,safe-mode with
networking,enter as ADM.,in desktop,control-panel,ADM.,open event-viewer.
Click on the event/warning,click on the url,this opens help/support in xp,
usually with an answer or fix.

when i get to safe mode screen, it will not let me move away from start
windows normally. What can i do to fix it please.

Did you try using the Arrow keys on the keyboard to change the menu option
to Safe Mode?
