Start up error message after Mirc hijacking

Got rid of MIRC trojan program, but now I get a error message at start up
saying c:\windows\system32\include\svchost.exe file can't be found.
Doesn't seem to affect my computer, but wondering what the best way to fix
this problem is. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Download Autoruns from Sysinternals
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autoruns.html

Extract the ZIP file and double-click "Autoruns.exe". In the Everything tab,
delete any entries that mentions FILE NOT FOUND. Highlight the entry and
right-click to select delete.
