Start the Quick Launch toolbar in a domain

How can I start the Quick Launch toolbar on all Windows XP domain members. I
was searching the Group Policy objects, but I could not found any settings
for the Quick Launch toolbar. Is there a registry key or a script?

They are only shortcuts. What is it you want to do. The shortcuts are here.

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch

You could copy the shortcuts to a backup place but when you restore them the
new computer would have to have the programs the shotcuts point to in the
same place. Easier to make new shortcuts.

After a Windows XP installation, the Quick Launch toolbar is not visible in
the taskbar. How can I activate the Quick Launch toolbar for all Windows XP
Clients and all users in a domain?

Thank you for your support

Underneath the start button right click the task bar. Look for toolbar and
put a tick by quick launch.

For new users, you can create a custom default profile with the Quick Launch bar enabled. However,
for existing users, I know of no easy way to turn it on as it's part of a binary value in the
registry that stores the taskbar layout:

"HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Desktop"

Value name: "TaskbarWinXP"
