how to start the default browser without menu and toolbars from within the
..net framework ?

I also want to specify the size of the browser (not kiosk mode).

I would be very nice if it could work with the default browser (but not
absolutely necessary, otherwise I'll use iexplore).

use shellexecute api ...

It will behave like if you double click on a file
