Start Switchboard

I am using Access 2003.
I go to the switchboard manager. I create a New Switchboard Page. I make it
the default page. Presumably, this should be the first page that appears in
an application called Vanilla.
But where is it? How do I click on it to start the application?

Click on Tools + StartUp
Set the Display Form/Page drop-down box to the name of your
switchboard.
Exit and close the database.
When you re-open the database, the switchboard form will be displayed.
