Start Slide Show when opening PPT ?

I want to set up a presentation so that when a user double clicks on
the .ppt file, it launches into the slide show. How do I go about
doing this ?

Be specific if you can, I already tried a few things like
"kiosk" mode but it still starts in the Powerpoint work window.
(PPT Office 2000 is the version I'm using).

Go to File > Save As and select PowerPoint Show (*.pps) as the file type.

They should document that in the "Help". Just to
check, I searched for "pps" after trying it out and the only place it
shows up is in "File Formats when saving". You'd have to be omniscient
to guess that they way to turn on the "autostart" option was to save
in a different file format. You even have to put quotes around the
file name on the save or it adds ".ppt" and you file ends up named
presentation.pps.ppt.
