Start-->Run drop-down history editable?

This has to be in a file somewhere. Is it editable and if so, what is its
file name?
 
The history of most recently used commands from the Run command on the Start menu are stored in the following registry location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ RunMRU
