Until yesterday, whe nI would click on Start, Programs the entire list of
Programs would open. Now when I click on Start, Programs I see the seven and
the down arrows. When i click on the arrows then all the programs are shown.
Can anyone explain what may have happen and is there a "fix"

Thanks

Hi Mike D,

You need to disable Personalized Menus:

Start>Settings>Taskbar and Start Menu>Start Menu tab. Click on Customize
button. In the Advanced Start menu options field, scroll to find Use
Personalized Menus, and click in the checkbox beside it to clear the
checkmark. Click on OK then OK again.

I didn't have this problem, but I figured I'd try to see what everyone was
talking about.

From what I can tell, it's only if someone is using the Classic Menu in XP
that the choice to Use Personalized Menus is an option.

In the native XP menu, I don't see this feature at all

Hi Alan,

You're correct, Personalized Menus is not a feature of the XP Start Menu.
