start menu on right

for some reason my start menu is coming out of the right
side of my screen. How do i get it back to the bottom of
the screen?

Right-click the taskbar and uncheck "Lock the taskbar". Now, try to drag it
to the bottom. do not drag it by clicking the taskbar edges (when the
double-headed arrow appears). Click on the middle empty area on the taskbar
and drag it towards the bottom

Left click in the blank area right next to the Start button and drag down
towards the bottom of the screen.

Click and drag the bar back to the bottom.
