moving tool bar

I can't remember how to move the Start Menu tool bar back
to the bottom of my screen. I accidentally moved it to
the right hand side of my screen. Can someone tell me how
to get it back to the bottom? Thanks

Click a blank spot on the bar and holding the mouse button, drag it to the
bottom of the screen.

If the Taskbar will not move, it is probably Locked. Right click the Taskbar
and click the "Lock Taskbar" item to remove the check mark. Drag it to the
bottom of the screen using the left mouse button.
