Start Menu not working in Classice mode.

Hi, Ive a HP NX9000 running on XP home edition. My Problem
is when I choose my start menu to be displayed in classic
mode, it doesn't work i.e it doesn't pop up. but it works
fine when in new XP mode. and also my documents folder is
not there in Classic mode. what could be the problem
please advise and give solution if any????????

How would you know if My Documents was missing in Classic Mode, if it
doesn't pop up? More details needed, here.

Hi Kelly,
My Problem actually is that when I select to have my
Start Menu in Classic Mode it doesn't work I mean to say
it doesn't pop up when I click on start button. And also
when in this mode the "My Documents" Folder is not
displayed on the desktop. I hope this make my problem
clear, please help me out of this..... I went to the url
provided also but it didnt help me much. Thanx in advance.
