Start menu Logo.

After login in the start menu i can see my name. but
beside it i want an icon/logo. how to do it. I heard XP
supports it. I'm using XP prof in a DHCP environment. My
login is controlled by DHCP.

Nope .
There is no option as "change an account".

when you get to user account window click on your name.
then click on [->] change picture option.
then click on browse button to find your desired graphic.

It sounds like you are on a domain (i.e. your PC is in a managed corporate
environment). In this case, Fast User Switching and the Welcome Screen are
not available to use; as such, the user icon is not available for you
either.
