Start menu expansion vs scrolling

Hi Dan,

Right click the taskbar, select properties. On the start menu tab click
customize. You want to disable "scroll programs", this will cause the menu
to cascade.

For some reason my Programs folder in Start menu just displays items in
a single column requiring me to scroll up and down, vs expanding into
multiple columns as I'm used to. How do I change it back to multiple
columns?
