Start menu and computer freeze in XP Pro with SP2

Hey everyone.
I am confused, lately my computer has been freezing and so on. It freezes
when scan with ad ware and spybot. Even when i tried unstalling SP2 it would
freeze at uninstalling processes. Also it will freeze just out of the blue.
My start menu freezes when it is extended and the programs running will
freeze. Multiple instances of the programs that are frozen in the tasklist
manager. It is really bothering me. I did hijack this and heres the log.
