Start Menu: All programs are listed in a single column

I have a lot of programs installed in my PC. When I click [Start/All
programs] only one column shows the list of the programs, so I have to
scroll down to see the rest. How can expand this list to two columns. Thanks
 
Right click the Start Button/Properties/Customize/Advanced/Scroll Programs.
 
Go to the folder 'Documents and Settings\(Your User Name)\Start Menu\Programs', then create new sub-folders for your shortcuts. Just drag and drop them in to the new folders!
