Start button right click menu

Is it possible to clean the right click Start button menu?
All I want there are the Win XP basics.

I've tried the programs themselves that put their commands Start button and
some of them had the option to remove from shell or a version of that. But
there are still several that don't allow me to remove them.

What can I do?

Thanks

Thanks for that post.

However, I only saw directions having to do with the general right click
menu.
I have no problems with it.

My problem is about deleting some of the menu items I see when I right click
the "Start" button.

Thanks

J
