I keep getting the message: System Standby Failed The device driver for
the 'Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard' device is
preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all applications
and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver.

The machine is a Toshiba Satellite Pro notebook with Windows XP
Professional. I can't find any driver like the ones mentioned at the
Microsoft site. What can I do?

This error can be caused by some applications, for example by old version of Quicken.
You need to find and update these apps. Don't touch the keyboads driver.
