Standardized Background with pics for Emails

Angelika

Hi,

I wanted to have a template (background) for my emails with a picture
and a signature in it.
I have made an .oft file with a pic and a signature and stored it in
"templates in file system". So I can use it if I send a new Email and
go to New->select form->templates in file system->open "name.oft"
This procedure is a little complicated and I don´t have my background
when I answer or forward an email. So I wanted to ask if somebody knows
what I have to do to use my .oft file as standardized email template
(so I have it in all my outgoing emails).
Sorry about my bad English- I am working on that :)

Thanks for your help.

Your English seems fine.

Outlook always uses the format of the original message when replying or
forwarding. WIthout manual intervention on your part, there's no way to
accomplish what you're asking.

In addition to Brian's comment, sending backgrounds to people by default is
not a good idea. Many of us have HTML and backgrounds turned off by default
since they are a useless waste of bandwidth.
