Standard template

I know that there is a template in Word called normal.dotm. Its the standard
empty word document and its easy that if you change something in here, it
will always be ok in the new opened document..
But now I was wondering if there is such an template in Powerpoint (version
2007) too.
And if the answer is yes, where is it to be found than??
