Hi, I am running winxp Home and I want to run stand By
but hibernate is there can you help me.
 
Does your computer support APCI? (Advanced Power Control Interface) If
not, that is your problem. The only way to get around it is to use a
motherboard and power supply that supports APCI. The chances of companies
making ones today that don't support APCI is slim to none.
