Hi All,

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to automatically perform staff rotation
around rides in an amusement park.

I have a list of staff (A3-A30)
I have headings of rides along D-N, and the dates that they were last on
that ride in the appropriate boxes.
B column states if they are in that day or not
I want C to say what ride they are due on, only if they are in on the day

Having real problems with the forumlas, its been 3 years since I last used
Excel.

Seem to have solved much of my own problem.

I now have a listing of what rides people are due on.

My last problem is that I need the sheet to only list a certain amount of
people, and that every ride must be staffed.
Example:

RideA must have 2 staff member only
RideB must have 1 staff member only

All rides must be staffed.

If someone is willing to help via e-mail I can send you the sheet, and if
your local (UK) a few free passes to the park.
