SSL & Web browsing (IE6)

Anyone else having issues with W2K Term serv when browsing
a SSL web page? It's hit-n-miss but I get hung up where
IE won't/can't browse beyond the current SSL page. I have
to shut down IE to get anywhere else on the web.
 
Do you all the latest and greatest hotfixes and patches
installed in IE?

Does this happen to admins as well as normal users?
