srv.sys problem on XP

My computer (xp client connected to a samba server) is
running around all the time (24h per day) and usually it
is workin fine.
In the night a backup is running. Every morning (few hours
after the backup) I find my PC dead - I can only turn it
off and on again. In the event log i find the following
message:

Source: srv
Event 2019
Message:
The server was unable to allocate from the system paged
pool because the pool was empty.

can someone help in this issue?
 
Sounds like something is leaking memory. What backup product are you using?
