One of my three DC has no mention of the kerberos
protocol in its SRV record (Netlogon.dns). How can this
be repaired to stop auto enrollment errors on my network.

Try running netdiag /fix on the problem server. This command tries to
rebuild your SRV records from the contents of netlogon.dns.

Ran the netdiag /fix. no change to the netlogon.dns
record. The problem isn't that the netlogon.dns file is
corrupt but that the kerberos and kpasswd entries are not
in the record. The DC was put in the domain with dcpromo
just like our other DCs. What could be the problem??

Have you checked all the necessary services are running? eg the Kerberos KDC
service
Check also for any helpful sounding event log errors and run dcdiag /v and
netdiag /v to check for errors.
