Square after bullet

When I copy bulleted text from word and paste it in Access, I get a square
after the bullet, why? How can I remove it?
 
Probably the square is a tab character.

Select the square and delete it.

If you have a lot of the square character, you could use an update query and
replace the character with some spaces.
