SqlMobile from full framework

Has anyone gotten SqlMobile to work from the full framework in Beta 2? It
is supposed to work, I found one instance here
(http://msmvps.com/williamryan/archive/2005/03/29/40108.aspx) but the
assembly versions the author referenced don't seem to be present in my B2
installation. It clearly works since I can connect to a .sdf database file
from Visual Studio. What am I missing?

In addition to devices, there are only two scenarios where SQL Mobile works
against the full framework:
1. On a Tablet PC
2. On a PC with Visual Studio installed (i.e. not in a production
environment)

I am attempting this on a PC with VS 2005 Beta 2 installed.
