sql.request recalculation

I am using a spreadsheet that uses SQL.Request to query my Oracle database.
Everytime i change a value in a field all the SQL.Request fields recalculate,
is there any way to make this stop happening? TIA

Nikon,
I found this constant recalculation to be a nuisance and time waster. The
only thing that I found to solve the problem was to turn off the automatic
recalculation. If you set calculation to manual, it will only recalculate
when you tell it to do so. I could not find any way to limit the
recalculation to the single changed cell.
