Spyware

Resently moved to a new location. I'm using optonline as
my ISP. I puchaesd Norton Internet Secuirty because every
time I opene the internet it goes to a different page.
Norton has cleaned and scaned my computer but I still
have the same problem

If you mean your home page, you can set it by going to
Tools > Internet Options > General > in the Home Page area
you will see "You can change which page to use for your
home page" type in the full address of the web page that
you want to set as your home page in the box - click
Apply - click Ok.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
