Spyware?

I have recently installed Spy Sweeper on my computer and
done a full system sweep. Among other files found one in
particular could not be removed because it is a DLL file
called NewDotNet.
Has anyone heard of this, can it be uninstalled safely
without causing my computer to crash and how do I go
about doing it? (Spy Sweeper did say it could remove it
if I restarted my computer and ran it again).

Thank You for your help in advance.

Thank you so much-that post helped me remove the spyware,
with the help of the RegCleaner program I have, and now
my system is free and clear of it.

Thank you again.

you clean it out check out this free program called

It is a nasty spying program that can be quite difficult to remove. See
