I was going to download Microsoft spyware until..I read
all the problems associated with it ....has
anyone.....installed it and had it running efficiently
with no major problems??? And......is it compatible with
Windows Milliumin edition? Thank you for feedback.

Those are the system requirements. It does not run on Windows ME.

I have been using it on Windows XP Pro and Home just fine. It has been
completely stable for me.
