Spyware Screen Blank -

No one has been able to figure out why a newer computer in
the office cannot run MS AntiSpyware. We've reinstalled
WIndows, a few days later, a registry virus occured which
we thought we fixed. Again, the MS AntiSpyware screen is
blank -- preventing us from doing anything but using the
drop down menu at the top. No spyware scan can be run.
Other spyware programs have not caught whatever this
computer has. Help?!!!!
 
Hi TC,
Try opening Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and choosing MWAS. Click on
the Change, then Repair buttons and see if that may help.
