Spyware repeating

I have been using this application for the past 2 weeks
now, firstly it was to remove the elite toolbar, which
also started bringing popups every couple of seconds on my
machine, i run microsoft anti spyware every day, as every
morning my machines performance degrades and then the
popups start again, the spyware scan removes it, but only
for 5 hours, then it starts throwing unwanted popups
again. I notice that everytime its removing it it
says "establishing connection with antispyware community",
but it does not seem to get rid of this problem.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried scanning with Microsoft Antispyware in
safe mode?
Run a full system scan, check the 3 boxes

Please submit a Tools, suspected spyware report from the
infected machine!
