spyware program problem

GIANT anti=spyware program stops working and then
disappears from the screen after scanning 3000 files.
Are you aware of this problem and how can I fix it please?

Well, Monitor, I believe this can be correct place also for Giant
users.

So my proposal is:

Try to restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot,
choose fullscan with all options checked and scan.

Before scanning remove all temporarily junk, CCleaner
can be used, www.ccleaner.com
