Spyware Opens but Does Not Run

I am System Administrator for a small business with
approximately 40 workstations. I have downloaded and
installed MAS on around 10 workstations. When I click on
run scan I have been succesful on only around 5 of the
workstations. The other 5 open up the fisrt dialogue box
you would see on MAS but clicking on Start Scan is
followed by NO ACTION AT ALL. No error message, no start
of a scan. All I see is a pale blue box with no info in
it just the menu bar at the top. We run WindowsXP Pro on
all workstation SP1. I can not find any basic
differences between the succesful installs and the
failures. Any Clues?

Have you looked at 'error,log' ?

The error.log might have some indication of the problem
