Spyware Not picking up

Well, I must remind you, its beta and has not reached the level of a
shipping product, there is still one more beta to go. Try running Full
System Scan in Safe Mode, on the Scan Page, choose Scan Options > Full
System Scan.

Spyware is not picking up traces. I run Adaware and
Spybot these applications are finding Spyware detection.
Microsoft antispyware does not find any traces of
detected spy files.

Anyone have any suggesting what I should do?

When you say "traces", do you mean cookies possibly? MSAS does not detect
cookies in the beta version.
