This is more of a preventer software.
Use SpywareBlaster, Spywareguard, Adaware, SpyBot and maybe a hosts file( I
think SWB installs a host file but I could be wrong). Make sure all are
updated before each scan.

The following claims that adaware (lavasoftusa) removes ISearch.

These ARE necessary tools these days on the internet. All are free for
personal use and are good.
