Hello
I have a user running Windows 2000 Professional on our LAN network. He has been the "victim" of many many popups and the like. I suspected spy/adware and used the removal tool available at Spywareguide.com. (I've used this tool before with no trouble). Several items came up for removal and I chose to have them removed. He is now unable to browse the internet and upon restart I am greeted with the message "Cannot find the file C:/WINNT/bxx55.dll" He is however able to access our server and receive email, his only network connectivity issue is web browsing. Ideas? Are the two related...I can't help but think they are
Thanks for any information you might hav
