Spyheal removal

How do I remove Spyheal manually....?? I tried looking for the file and
directory, but it cannot be found...??

Google Spyheal. Several removal sites are indicated such as
http://remove-spyheal.info/

I have no experience with this problem so cannot make any recommendations.
