in order to get rid of the forced home page,i installed
Spybot.But when i run the scan,it does not list anything
related to that home page. (searchV)

Just spybot alone is not enough. Some find things others don't. Try all
three:
Run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
HiJackThis - http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/

Then try Adaware as well.

Did you do the on-line update after installing and before
the scan?
