Home page keeps changing back to "SearchV"

Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem I am having with
my Internet Explorer's home page continuing to switch back
to "SearchV" everytime I reboot my computer. I've tried
doing searches for files with "SearchV" on my hard drive
with no luck and have deleted all references in my
registry files, but everytime I reboot they are back.
