Spybot S & D 1.4

My win2000 keeps rebooting after desktop and sometimes it says about
restoring Active Desktop etc after its at desktop..
So run the Spybot 1.4 in Safe Mode and found the following;-
Window Active Destop
Windows RedirectedHosts
Windows Security Centre.TakManager
Win32.Agent.io

In SM, Alt/Ctlr/Delete, the Window Security dialogue page shows up, the the
'Task Manager' tab is grey out. So shall I remove the item "'Windows Security
Centre.TakManager"" found by Spybot.
Appreciate if someone can assist, thanks
