Spybot regularly finds HitBox & DoubleClick

If Spybot can regularly find HitBox and DoubleClick on my
PC then MS AntiSpyware is letting them through and/or not
detecting them.

Any thoughts?
 
Microsoft Antispyware, in the builds distributed thus far, does not scan for
cookies.
