I am running spybot 1.2. Will the new version 1.3 install over 1.2 or should
I do an uninstall and reinstall.

I quote from spybot forums:
Note during install. It's recommended that if you've been using 1.3 RC's
to uninstall them first. If you've been holding out with 1.2, You can
safely upgrade (Install over) the old version. Meshes together
perfectly. Also, BE SURE YOU REBOOT after install to prevent errors
related to "User Abort".
