Good question! The (below) url, I'm assuming, is the current EULA for
foxit 1.3 Build 1111, not Build 1.3.1111 which is a Build-to-Decimal
placement error in the header. Sorry guys!

Wayback Machine shows the EULA for foxit in November of 2004:

Where #4 of the agreement is exactly the same in wording:

The only difference I can see between the two documents is the
correction of the word "reliability" under condition "b" of the
11/2004 version to "liability" in #3 of the current version:
Current EULA version:
liability(*)
snip>
3. CONDITIONS: To be licensed to use Foxit PDF Reader, You must:
a) Not modify any part of Foxit PDF Reader;
b) Agree to release Foxit from all *liability* caused directly or
indirectly by using Foxit PDF Reader;
c) Not controlling Foxit PDF Reader from other application, except
launching Foxit PDF Reader;
11/2004 EULA version:
reliability(*)
snip>
3. CONDITIONS: To be licensed to use Foxit PDF Reader, You must:
a) Not modify any part of Foxit PDF Reader;
b) Agree to release Foxit from all *reliability* caused directly or
indirectly by using Foxit PDF Reader;
c) Not controlling Foxit PDF Reader from other application, except
launching Foxit PDF Reader;
Other than turning "reliability" into "liability" making condition "b"
of #3 correct, as to intent, the EULA appears to be the same, from
what I can tell...
Google cache shows the existent EULA as well:
