SpyAxe Spyware

Is there a reason that Microsoft lastest spyware definitions would not find
SpyAxe spyware? I had to use AdAware SE Personal to remove it. Thanks.
 
Agreed. I just fought SpyStriker and SpyAxe for 2 hours last night. MS
antispyware was able to ID it, and attempted removal but SpyStriker was able
to reinstall itself every reboot. Ill have to look into AdAware SE to get
rid of this. it's driving me nuts.
