I removed detected spyware from my PC but on reboot i
could not restart PC and got a system shutdown with code
1073741819

Looks like an lsass.exe problem, probably the Sasser worm. You will have to
try to boot to SAFE MODE and turn off System Restore and then cleanup and
repair your computer. Disconnect from your internet connection until you
get updated and patched and protected.

If you can't get it to boot up in SAFE MODE either, you may need to try
Stinger from McAfee:
