Spurious Menu Items

Something is adding extra menu items into my tools menu
in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of these items as they
take me directly into porno sites.

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions

That won't stop them being added, so try reading here:
