Sprint needs a lesson in customer service!!

I went to the sprint store closest to my house last night to pay my bill and the salesman was closing so he told me that the store 5min. away would be open for another hour. I drove straight thare and it turned out they were closing too but there were still about ten people in there shopping for a new cell phone. When the worker came to lock the door, she rudely said, "um we're closed!!" I asked if I could simply make a payment on my account and she said NO! so rudely and shut the door in my face. I found it funny that if I wasn't already a customer I would have been welcome to continur "looking" after closing time but if their existing customers want to drop payment off well too bad!
