G Gord Dibben Mar 2, 2005 #2 neil Do you mean to have these names, addresses, zips located as pushpins on Streets and Trips? Create a new workbook. On Sheet1 in Row 1 enter in Columns some titles. A1.......Name B1.......Address C1.......City D1.......State E1.......Zip Now enter the name, address, city, state and zip of each designate. Save the workbook. Open Streets and Trips. Data>Import Data Wizard. Find your workbook and double-click to open. Check the data and Finish. Push pins will be placed on a map.
